- Save $100 get your Early Bird registration in by April 18, 2008
- Full payment for the team must be received by May 16, 2008

- The Registration Committee reserves the right to accept or reject late entries at its discretion.
- Please note that entries are limited to 48 teams and registration closes as soon as 48 teams have registered (subject only to replacements from a waiting list should a team withdraw).
- Once your "Intent to Register" form has been submitted, a Race Event Package and pledge forms will be forwarded to you.

- Practice times will be available from June 2 through June 13. Schedule your practice times early – only a limited number of evening spots will be available.
PLEDGES
All Dragon Boat participants are strongly encouraged to collect pledges in advance of the event in order to ensure a significant contribution to both the partners -- the Rotary Club of Parry Sound and the West Parry Sound Health Centre.The Pledge Trophy will be awarded to the top fundraising team.
Tax receipts will be issued for all donations, provided that the full name and address are legible.

Training for Steersperson (one will be provided upon a request. A trained steersperson is mandatory!
Dragon boat information session for team captains
Two practice sessions the week prior to the race
Teams may book additional practice sessions in May (on the river). Cost: $40.00 per hour (approx. $2.00 per person)
Pledge forms
Tax receipts for all pledges, providing name and address are legible
Participant identification (wristband)
Extra paddlers if you do not have a full team
